description: Stunning work from the late Jim Schaaf previous owner of the Dickerson equipment which this rod was made on. I was speaking with Jim years ago about the Rio Grand line and remember at the time he made very low numbers of these rods. The rod is very unique with gold wraps tipped in red. Has most of the Dickerson styling from the original walnut from Dickerson's tree and the down locking reel seat. Just a wonderful dry fly rod made for most situations on the river. So if you're a collector this will be one to look for or fish the rod as Jim intended it for! Just a wonderful rod!!!
