description: Beautiful lightly Flamed Thomas & Thomas Paradigm Model 8ft 5wt 2/2 in "E" condition. This is from the individualist line of varnished rods. Translucent caramel wraps tipped in red and black wrap at the ferrules. Beautiful cigar shaped cork, Oxidized black nickel silver ferrules. Carbaloy stripping guide and oxidized black snake guide, black tip tops and up locking nickle silver reel seat with dark walnut insert. Most likely made around the late 80's. Just a classic rod with a smooth powerful action! Perfect for any of the large river of Montana and beyond! The rods from this era are just wonderful works of art and cannot be replaced. Now a 5 year wait for any T&T cane rod.
