description: Beautiful Tom Morgan 7'6" 5wt 2/2 in a medium fast progressive dry fly action. Bright nickel silver up locking reel seat with Tom's logo engraving on the butt cap, Amboyna wood insert, dark garnet colored wraps with some wraps having a fine gold wire accent each wrap, bright nickel silver ferrules, bright guides, nickel silver ferrule plug, hexagonal winding check, beautiful octagonal rod tube with textured enameled garnet finish with black end cap and a minted pure silver logo medallion on top, garnet colored rod bag and black rod tube over sack. Tom's plan was to build 200 bamboo rods and stop production but with Tom's health is catching up with him and he is ceasing production of bamboo very shortly. I don't think they will make it over 100 rods. This rod is low number 44 of 200. Tom is one of America's finest rod Builders and former owner of the R.L. Winston Rod Co. for over 20 years. He's seen it all and been around the great builder of our time. We wish Tom all the best and good health! Note: As most Morgan owner know black mark can get on the cork from the very tight fit of the rod sock from the black dye. This is why the cork has been cover to protect it from the black dye!
